The cooling water surrounds the spinneret, with a larger effective cooling area. At the same time, the unit cooling of the original circulating water is changed to single component cooling, resulting in better cooling effect, smaller and more uniform temperature difference between components, thus avoiding fiber quality differences and inconsistencies caused by uneven cooling in the old structure, and directly improving the overall quality of the product; In addition, laser welding technology with smaller thermal deformation has been adopted in the process, making the weld more uniform and firm, resulting in less thermal deformation and stress, greatly improving the stability of component products. In addition, unique foreign processing techniques have been adopted to provide stainless steel components with better surface strength and toughness, avoiding damage or tooth slippage during cleaning, turnover, and installation, greatly improving their service life.
2、 The false twisting device adopts an advanced air intake mode, which ensures a more uniform airflow; The unique structure of the open metal nozzle allows for separate replacement, making it more convenient and efficient, greatly reducing material waste caused by replacement, saving costs, and improving efficiency.
