Introduction to Airless Spraying Technology
Airless spraying has become a necessary coating technology for many industrial sectors to achieve international standards in product or engineering coatings. It uses a special form of pneumatic, electric or other power driven hydraulic pump to create a high pressure of 10-4oMPa for the coating, which is instantly sprayed out through a special airless nozzle to atomize the high-pressure coating into an extremely fine fan-shaped mist, and sprayed at high speed towards the surface to form a coating layer. Due to the fact that its spraying relies on the instantaneous hydraulic spraying of the coating itself to form a mist, the atomized coating does not contain compressed air, hence it is internationally known as airless spraying. Our country's abbreviation is airless spraying.
Airless spraying has strong adaptability to coating construction, and to date, the vast majority of coatings can be coated using airless spraying technology.
For example, all traditional conventional coatings such as phenolic, alkyd, amino, nitro, acrylic, polyester, polyurethane, and architectural latex paint. It is also suitable for spraying various new high-performance coatings, long-term heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings, and thick film coatings that have been widely used in many industrial fields. Such as widely used thick paste epoxy asphalt coatings, epoxy natural mica iron oxide coatings, various modified epoxy coatings, thick paste epoxy coatings, tar epoxy coatings, chlorinated rubber coatings, as well as high viscosity special coatings, and even special coatings containing coarse particles, short fibers, etc., such as epoxy stainless steel flake coatings, epoxy glass flake coatings, PVC anti stone impact vehicle bottom damping coatings, thermal insulation, shock absorption and sound absorption damping coatings. These special coatings are almost impossible to apply using traditional painting techniques and must be coated using airless spraying technology.

1. High coating efficiency: Its coating speed can reach 200-600m2/h, greatly saving labor and construction period, and eliminating the trouble of repeatedly filling paint.
2. Good coating quality: The coating thickness is uniform and the adhesion is good, and it is not easy to bubble or peel off.
3. The thickness of the coating is highly controllable: it can form coatings with different thicknesses ranging from 50mm to 2mm.
4. Strong adaptability: able to adapt to various types of coatings and paints; Capable of adapting to various environments, such as high-altitude operations, extreme temperature environments, toxic environments, and other harsh conditions.
5. Energy saving and environmental protection: Due to the rapid spraying of coatings on the working surface under high pressure, the scattering of coatings is reduced by 2/3 compared to traditional air spraying, which can save 30% -50% of coatings.
