1. Lay the wires according to the requirements of the design drawings.
2. Check whether all electrical components of the electrical equipment are intact; Is the action flexible and reliable; Whether the contacts are in good contact and whether the insulation performance meets the requirements.
3. Disconnect the motor from its transmission part and check whether the forward and reverse directions of each motor meet the requirements. Pay special attention to checking whether the rotation direction of the two motors of the car operating mechanism is consistent.
4. Place all controllers' handles in zero position, close the end beam railing door and cabin cover door, and close the protection panel switch and emergency switch. Press the start button to connect the main contactor. Then, one by one, turn on the emergency switch for each cypress tree, the hatch door, and the end beam railing door. The main contactor should be immediately powered off.
5. Check if the travel terminal switch is reliable. By driving the large, small, main, and auxiliary hooks of the crane separately, the corresponding travel terminal switches are manually cut off to check the safety and reliability of the switches.
6. Cooperate with the fitter to inspect the mechanical parts, especially the brakes of the large, small, main and auxiliary hooks, which should not be too tight or too loose.
7. Conduct a no-load operation test on the crane.
8. Conduct static and dynamic load operation tests on the crane.
